- Create SETUP_GUIDE_AND_LOGS.md with step-by-step instructions for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
- Document build prerequisites including apis-bom and apis-common installation.
- Report Windows log findings and identify Vert.x version conflict.
- Add template for reporting test results.
